I had Jess create my meal plans for approx 6 months and it was the best decision I ever made. I had always had issues with binge eating and thinking certain foods were "healthy" and "bad". Once I had "bad" food, I thought my hard work of being "healthy" was ruined, which led to binge eating. Being under the guidance of Jess, I learnt to understand the science behind the food and calories in versus calories out. I came to create a positive relationships with food again, all while I was eating chocolate or paddle pops, or pizza, every day! If I had a moment where I slipped off the bandwagon, Jess was always there for support and never made you feel like a failure. She is seriously amazing and I cannot thank her enough! Such an inspiration, positive and supporting coach!

When photos from a few years ago pop up I sometimes have a little cry myself, I can’t believe how far I’ve come…I look at the from years ago and see a lot of pain my eyes, I look very lost and empty, fast forward to now! I see a genuine smile, I see happiness in my eyes, I see a completely different person. These old photos remind that while sometimes times are hard, I am also very strong and as long as I keep going and fight I and get through anything.

I have been with learning from Jess for a few months now and can honestly say I don’t remember a time when I felt this confident in my body. After years of trying to train and eat healthy and having 3 kids I thought my body was just not going to change much.
